About

My Path

Transition has been a constant thread throughout my life.

Growing up between countries, cultures, and languages taught me early that change is a natural part of being human. It showed me that belonging is not always tied to a place — sometimes it’s something we learn to cultivate within ourselves.

Over time, I became deeply curious about the inner landscapes people move through during periods of change. Moments such as grief, uncertainty, identity shifts, or major life decisions often invite us into deeper reflection and growth.

Through years of personal exploration and study, I’ve come to see transition not as something to rush through, but as a meaningful passage. When we allow space for it, these moments can reveal clarity, wisdom, and a deeper connection to ourselves.

Today, I volunteer in hospice care, where I witness firsthand how powerful it is to simply be present with someone during life’s most tender moments. These experiences continually remind me that what people need most in times of transition is not fixing or advice, but presence, compassion, and steady support.

Walking alongside others as they navigate life’s turning points is how I choose to be of service.

ABOUT

Why this work matters to me

A Personal Connection to Understanding People

I’ve always been drawn to people — to what shapes us, what hurts us, what helps us grow. Not in a clinical way. In a human way.

I’ve done a lot of my own work. I’ve sat in rooms I didn’t want to sit in. I’ve faced parts of myself that were uncomfortable. What I’ve learned is that no one can fix you — and they shouldn’t try.

What helps is being heard. Being met without judgment. Being allowed to feel what you feel without someone rushing you through it. Listening comes naturally to me. Sitting beside someone while they sort through their own truth comes naturally to me.

That’s how I show up. I’ll meet you where you are.

My Path

The Human Side of Me

The roles I play in my life are many — mother, wife (twice), full-time professional, hospice volunteer, to name a few.

I was born in Peru and have built my life across different countries and cultures. Movement shaped me.

Nature grounds me. Forests undo me. The sun fuels me. The sky and the stars steady me.

Joy is simple for me — a sunset, music that hits just right, a synchronicity that makes me smile, moving my body, a hug, a crunchy bag of salt and vinegar chips.

I don’t see myself as someone outside of this work. I learn from every person I sit with. I believe we reflect one another — often showing each other what needs to be seen with more compassion.

I try to move through life with curiosity more than judgment. Awe more than fear.

And somewhere deep inside, I carry the quiet certainty that everything — even the hard things — works out in our favor.

I’ll meet you where you are.

My Practices & Background

My understanding of this work has been shaped by both lived experience and study. I am a Certified End-of-Life Doula through the University of Vermont and have completed coaching programs with the Satvatove Institute of Transformative Studies and the Life Purpose Institute. I’m also currently expanding my studies through a master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis. Alongside this, I continue exploring holistic practices that deepen how I see and support change.
