Growing up between cultures and languages taught me that transformation is part of being human. Over time, I became deeply drawn to the sacred moments that shape us — grief, love, endings, beginnings, and the quiet spaces in between.
Through ceremony, ritual, and heart-centered support, I create intentional spaces for people to move through endings, beginnings, grief, love, and transformation with presence, connection, and care.
I’ve always been drawn to people — to the moments that shape us, soften us, break us open, and help us grow. Not in a clinical way, but in a deeply human one.
I’ve done my own inner work. I’ve sat with grief, uncertainty, change, and the uncomfortable parts of becoming. What I’ve learned is that people do not need to be fixed.
What helps is being witnessed with compassion. Being heard without judgment. Being given the space to move through life in their own way and in their own time.
That understanding is what eventually led me to ceremony and ritual — creating intentional spaces where people can honor transitions, process emotions, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported through life’s meaningful passages.
Listening comes naturally to me. Holding space comes naturally to me.
That is how I show up. I meet people exactly where they are.
Beyond this work, I’m simply human too.
I’m a mother, wife, full-time professional, hospice volunteer, and someone who has built a life across countries, cultures, and seasons of reinvention.
Nature grounds me. Music moves me. The sky, the ocean, and quiet moments remind me to slow down and pay attention.
Joy feels simple to me — meaningful conversation, movement, synchronicities, sunsets, laughter, and a crunchy bag of salt and vinegar chips.
I believe we are constantly reflecting one another back to ourselves with more compassion, understanding, and grace.
And through it all, I try to move through life with curiosity more than judgment, awe more than fear.
My understanding of this work has been shaped by both lived experience and study.
I am a Certified End-of-Life Doula through the University of Vermont, have completed coaching programs with the Satvatove Institute of Transformative Studies and the Life Purpose Institute, and am ordained through American Marriage Ministries (AMM) to officiate meaningful ceremonies and life celebrations.
I continue exploring holistic practices that deepen how I support people through transition, healing, and transformation.
